It's amazing what a difference, one scream can make.

Capital Punishment is needed, to kill Maniacical Murderers.
Do you realize, that anyone regardless of who they are,
can walk up to you, your wife, your children, your girlfriend, any time of the day or night,
whether you're alone or in a public place,
and kill you any way that suits their fancy,
exactly the way Vincent Geigwang Li murdered Tim McLean on a Public Bus
while a watchful world of eye-witnesses, stands around entertained and stunned?
Without Capital Punishment, what's to stop any Criminal Murderer?

They're only going to be hospitalized for being Criminally Insane.
For this particular type of Murderous Crime, the Death Penalty should be enforced.

Do you realize that every person on that bus, died slain by Vincent Geigwang Li
if that nice lady in the seat ahead of him,
(confidentially, she was the next to die)
hadn't sensed that someone nearby was in pain, stood up, turned around and screamed?
If Vincent Geigwang Li hadn't let himself go, preoccupying himself with overkilling Tim McLean, ...
I truthfully calculated that his next move
was to walk to the front of the bus,
stab the busdriver to death,
park the bus along the shoulder of the road,
lock the doors so that no passengers could escape, ...
and then begin walking toward the back of the bus where Tim McLean's dead body was lying,
systematically killing every person on both sides of the aisles until all passengers were dead.
At that point, Vincent Li would casually in a calm and cool manner leave the bus
and walk off down the highway, whistling, smoking a cigarette.
Capital Punshment should be enforced, to prevent this sort of villainous crime,
even if the murderer is a
RETARD.

HIS CANNABALISTIC MURDERS"
Hello,
My name is Errol Lee Shepherd, but who I am is unimportant.
I am very fond of Orientals, but this particular fellow "VINCENT GEIGWANG LI" is one of a kind.
I couldn't help identifying with Tim McLean, and seeing myself murdered by someone like "Vincent Geigwang Li". Tim and I seem to share so many things in common, ... seem so similar in many ways.
I want you to know directly, "I hate Vincent Geigwang Li's guts". The slithering 'KILLER OF HELL' is what he is. I judge him to be the murderous demonized Cannabalistic sadist of the Devil.
I believe he should get THE DEATH PENALTY without mercy.
IT WAS A SERIOUS MISTAKE TO ABOLISH CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN CANADA.
I truly believe that Vincent Geigwang Li has performed this type of murder many times before this incident, and that there is a very real 100% chance that he will go on killing innocent victims without justification, unless he is executed by the Canadian Government.
You, ... your wife, ... your children, may be next.
Bearing in mind that he seems to always work 'the nightshift alone', then he has probably performed this type of murderous Cannabalistic crime many times before.
He has no motive for having killed Tim McLean, other than the fact that he was hungry and had an appetite for raw bleeding HUMAN FLESH.
Without provocation Vincent Geigwang Li killed a defenseless man in his sleep
to satisfy his hunger for Human Flesh.
I truthfully doubt that this is the first time, Vincent Geigwang Li has performed this sort of sadistic villainy, and I believe that if he is not executed but returned to society, that he will definitely go on killing innocent murder-victims unjustifiably and unprovoked.

I can't stand to think of it.
There seems to be something inside of the machine, that he's listening to.
It's coming through the headphones.
Listen to the same thing he's listening to through his headphones.
Examine it carefully.
Analyze it.
It's very illusive.
Keep your guard up after you listen to it.
(It may possess the potential to do it over and over again, to whoever listens to it so exercise caution.)
It seems to be drawing the other guy towards him, before he gets killed.
Just listen to it carefully.
See what it is.
Play it over several times.
It's keeping him asleep and he can't wake up.
Whatever it is, seems to be drawing the other guy towards him at the back of the bus.
It's leading the killer onto the bus and right towards him, just like a homing device.
I could be wrong, but I've got a horrible feeling it's true.
